option 1: continue to believe you decide your fate, claiming the right to live as you like, respecting the virtues of status wealth and power, following the path of ego, pride and desire.
option 2: add some courage, learn about what god wants from the jews, and re-invent yourself — the way of heroes and leaders.
in the meantime, even if god just doesn't seem "real" yet — behave as if he's real. learn to want what god wants.you can't get around god.
he created the entire universe,and continues to will that it exist,so he must be greater and more powerfulthan all forces in his world combined.
yet, god holds back [hides] his awesome power & presence so people — like us — can exist, and retain our freedom of will to do good, and not do evil. doing what god wants brings merit to us and stability to the world.
