pitched for the first time.• the turbine engine center lady bombers scored five last-inning runs to tie the committed property management lil giants 9-9. the lady bombers were led by gabby chavez, jocelyn alonso, elizabeth bender, lisa bender, ashley noy and kajorie purcell, who each went 2 for 3. alonso struck out four batters. the lil giants were led by the pitching of mercedes cruz, melissa plummer, who went 3 for 3 and cheyenne baglin, who went 1 for 2.• the lil giants got great pitching from melissa gomez and mercedes cruz to keep the pressure on the pink panther offense, holding it to three runs in the 8-3 lil giant victory. the offense was led by amanda grullon, brittany philips, gomez and kara kolo.• the wildcats put together their best game of the season, beating the lil giants 11-6. jocelyn pinkney hit a three-run home run, scored two runs and had five rbi. amanda guglietta scored two runs and had three rbi. natalie blanco scored three runs with one rbi and sam barrizonte added one run.• the hurricanes toppled the pink pathers 10-5. the canes were led by julia martinez, tyanni guzman, jessica pradel and janelle dominguez, who each went for 3 for 3. hanna rosa added two hits and emma tabares made a great play at second base to stop a pink panther rally.chicks: sidewinders 12-2-1, muckdogs 7-5-4, seminoles 6-10, wildcats 2-10-3.• the bug buster sidewinders beat the seminoles 13-1. ashley thompson, carolina colli, cristina colli and kylan becker all hit singles. kristen martinson hit a double and karlismith a grand slam over the center-field fence. lizzie pradel played great defense.• in a back-and-forth game, the sidewinders edged the wildcats 12-10. karli smith hit her second grand slam over the fence in back-to-back games. smith ended the game 3 for 3.
