ظهر scott hall في nitro للمره الاولى مباشرة بعد مغادرته الـwwe وقال.. اعدكم بـ"السيطره". وفي الأسبوع الثاني ظهر kevin nash القادم من الـwwe كذلك ووعد بنفس الشي. وقامو بمهاجمة الناس تقريباً لمدة شهر (اهم شي عملوه هو لما عملو powerbomb لـeric beschoff في الطاولة التي يعلق منها). وبعدها تلقوا تحدي قوي من sting, lex luger و randy savage لمباراة سداسيه بمهرجان bash at the beach. hall و nash قبلوا التحدي وقالو ان زميلهم الثالث للمباراة سيظهر لاحقأ.

nash و hall ربحوا التحدي وكان زميلهم الثالث...... hulk hogan!! الذي ظهر حينها بشخصية "hollywood" hogan. وبعدها اطلقو إسم الشله الجديده new world order وإستمروا بالهجوم على مصارعي الـwcw. وبعدها إنظم للشله اعضاء جدد، وكانوا ted dibiase بصفة مدير اعمال و vincent كمدير الأمن! وفي مهرجان road wild ربح hollywood hogan حزام الـwcw بعد فوزه على the giant بالغش. وبعدها بشكل غريب، إنظم the giant لشلة الـnwo بعد إسبوعين من خسارته مدعياً ان سببه الاول كان "the money". وفي road wild كذلك حاول booty man الانضمام للشله ولكنه تلقا ضرباً مبرحاً.
العضو القادم للـnwo ظهر عندما اتو بـ"sting" مزيف في مهرجان wargames والذي إستمر في الصراع لأشهر حتى ظهر "sting" المزيف الأصلي، وسمي بـ "nwo sting"وذهب الى اليابان ليمثل الـnwo. وحاول the nasty boys الإنضمام كذاك ولكنهم فشلو. وكان العضو السابع، sean waltman والمعروف بـx-pac إنضم للشله بنجاح في نوفمبر وبإسم syxx.
اعلن الـnwoعن فرصة للإشتراك لكل مصارعي الـwcw. وبعدها إشتركو مصارعين كثر وكان اولهم marcus bagwell الذي غير إسمه لـbuff bagwell، وإنضم كذلك michael wallstreet, big bubba و scott norton. وeric beschoff إنضم مع masa chono و great muta القادمين من إتحاد new japan pro wrestling. وفي نفس الوقت تم طرد the giant بعد طلبه مباراة hogan على الحزام.

randy savage إنضم للـnwoفي مهرجان superbrawl. ومن بعدها اعلن الـcommissioner j.j. dillon ان big bubba و michael wallstreet لا يمكن ان يكونو اعضاء في الـnwoلان عقودهم إنتهت. dennis rodman إنضم للشله بعد خوضه مباراه واحده تلك السنه وكانت بمهرجان bash at the beach. konan إنضم في اغسطس. ted dibiase انسحب من الشله ليكون مدير اعمال الاخوه stiener.

curt hennig إنضم للـnow بعد خيانته لفريق the four hosemen بمهرجان wargames. rick rude إنضم في ديسمبر. الـnwoقدمت دعوه لـbret hart للإنضمام ولكنه رفض. the dicicple إنضمو في يناير ولكن تمت تسميته في ابريل. dusty إنضم في مهرجان souled out بعد خيانة زميله larry zybysko. وإنضم bryan adams في يناير بعد خيانته لزميله bret hart. وscott steiner إنضم في فبراير بعد خيانته اخيه rick. وفي يناير، louie spicolli إدعى انه مساعد scott hall بإرتداءه قميص الـnwoولكنهم لم يعترفو به قبل موته. syxx إختفى عندما طًرد من الـwcw.
randy savage و scott hall واجهو مشاكل مع hollywood hogan، من "فتات الجزب": nwo wolfpac. curt hennig و konnan إنضموا مباشرةً، lex luger و sting (اعداء الـnwoمن فتره) إنسحبو من nwoالتقليديه (والتي تعرف حينها بـnwo
او nwo black & white) وإرتدو قمصان black & red بدلا من black & white. scott hall استدعي للإنضمام الى wolfpac ولكنه رفض. وgiant انضم مجدداً لـnwo hollywood.
curt hennig إنسحب من nwo wolfpac وإنضم الى nwo . randy savage أصيب وإختفى من nwo wolfpac. stevie ray إنضم الى nwo
في سبتمبر. the diciple إنسحب من nwo
في اكتوبر وإنضم الى "one warrior nation". horace hogan إنضم الى nwo
في مهرجان holloween havoc. وفي هذه الفتره bret hart إنضم وإنسحب وإنضم الى nwo hollywood، ولكنه لم يرتدي قميص الـnwo ابداً.

hogan اعلن إستقالته، وٍٍscott steiner اصبح قائد الـnwo بدلا عنه. وتم طرد scott hall من nwo hollywood في نوفمبر، ولكن بالرغم من محاوالاته للإنضمام الى nwo wolfpac ولكن لم يسمح له. disco inferno بدأ يدعي انه من اعضاء الـwolfpac.
hogan اعدل عن قرار إستقالته لـ"يظرب" kevin nash في مباراه على حزام الـwcw ولتوحيد الـnwo. الـwolfpac اصبحوا من الـnwoواعضاءها: hollywood hogan, kevin nash, scott hall, lex luger, buff bagwell و scott steiner. والمتبقين من الـnwo :
giant, curt hennig, vincent, stevie ray, bryan adams, scott norton و horace hogan إستمروا بأرتداء قمصان الـblack & white. وحينها كانت شلة الـwolfpac ترتدي black, red & white. الـwolfpac بدأت بإقصاء البعض من black & white الذين اصبحو بأسم nwoالفريق "ب". giant و curt hennig استقبلو ضرباً مبرحاً j. konnan تم إقصاءه من كل الـnwo. وحالة sting غير معروفه. وعضوية bret hart نسيت تماماً.

ومع إستقالة scott hall، قرر hulk hogan الإستقاله مجدداً، و bagwell تم طرده من المجمعه واصبحو الباقين فقط: lex luger, kevin nash و steiner وربما disco inferno. steiner و nash كانوا نادراً ما يفعلو أي شي للـnwo. واصبح فريق الـblack & white يضم: vincent, horace hogan, stevie ray و bryan adams. وبعدها بقريب تم طرد horace hogan. و stevie ray ذهب لإعادة فريق الـharlem heat. وvincen إنضم الى west texas rednecks. هكذا إذا إنتهت هذه المجموعه.
