- wollte eigentlich basketballer werden und spielte unter anderem vier jahre in der deutschen bundesliga- eine knieverletzung verhinderte de sprung in die nba- trat daraufhin der armee bei und verbrachte zwei weitere jahre in deutschland- begann seine karriere in der wcw, hatte dort mehrere gimmicks, die allerdings alle nach kurzer zeit wieder in der versenkung verschwanden: master blaster steel, oz, vinnie vegas- wechselte in die wwf und bekam als diesel den platz als bodyguard an der seite von shawn michaels- nach dem split von shawn michaels wurde er zum main eventer gepusht und sollte die liga zusammen mit bret hart führen- kehrte unter seinem richtigen namen in die wcw zurückund wurde mitbegründer der nwo- außerdem mitbegründer des nwo wolfpacs- konnte die siegesserie (176:0) von goldberg bei starrcade beenden- arbeitete hinter den kulissen der wcw auch als booker- gehörte sowohl in der wwf (als teil der kliq) als auch in der wcw zu den einflussreichsten persönlichkeiten im backstage bereich- nach dem ende der wcw saß er zuerst seinen vertrag aus, dann kehrte er zusammen mit hogan und hall in die wwf zurück, um die nwo zu reformieren- nachdem die nwo-reunion nicht den gewünschten erfolg hatte verließ nash die wwf wieder- zusammen mit seinem freund scott hall ging er dann zu tna wrestling und stand auch dort in den main events- gleichzeitig bewies er aber eine neue einstellung, die er laut eigenen aussagen hat, und stellte sich voll und ganz in den dienst der liga- sollte ende 2005 eigentlich gegen jeff jarrett um den nwa world heavyweight titel antreten, musste allerdings aus gesundheitlichen gründen passen- trat dann nach einigen wochen pause im dezember 2005 für die upw bei einer südafrika-tour an- ist auch in hollywood aktiv ("the longest yard", "ninja turtles ii", "the punisher" und weitere)- ist seit 2006 wieder bei tna aktiv, wo er zuerst gegen die x-division fehdete- danach teamte er zusammen mit alex shelley, später stießen auch noch austin starr und johnny devine hinzu. mit diesen kam es zu einer reihe von comedy-segmenten und zur paparazzi championship series- nash macht aus jay lethal eine art schwarzen macho man der mit dem beinamen "black machismo" auftritt und durch seine parodie einen psuh bekam- inzwischen ist nash der manager des tag team "murder city machine guns" bestehend aus alex shelley und chris sabin
